Dubai Creek Golf Course
Dubai, UAE
The Cellate Sail Tops of the Award-Winning Dubai Creek

Dubai Creek Golf Course, with its striking clubhouse, was designed to mirror the sails of the Arab dhow and has become one of the most recognized architectural landmarks in the world.
What sets this iconic structure apart is not just its distinctive design, but the material that made it possible — Cellate.

Our patented fibre steel technology was integral to the construction of the clubhouse’s sail-like features, offering the ideal combination of strength, flexibility, and durability to meet the project's climate and design challenges.
Cellate's use in the Dubai Creek Clubhouse is a testament to its power and versatility, proving that even the most ambitious architectural visions can be brought to life with the right building materials.

The significance of this landmark goes beyond architecture — its iconic sails have become so synonymous with Dubai that they now feature on the UAE's currency.
25 Martin Place (MLC Centre)
Sydney, Australia
The Tallest Precast Structure in the World.
Standing at 228 metres (748 ft) with 67 storeys.

25 Martin Place, previously the MLC Centre, is a pioneering white tower of concrete, granite, and glass that marked a turning point in Australia’s architectural landscape. Rebranded to honour its prime CBD location, the building remains a Sydney icon, celebrated for its bold geometric forms and Bauhaus-inspired design, where “form follows function.”
Cellate played a pivotal role in the redevelopment from 2019 to 2022, utilizing its expertise in advanced concrete technologies and construction management to future-proof this landmark. Collaborating with Woods Bagot and Seidler’s original firm, Cellate ensured the heritage integrity of 25 Martin Place while enhancing public spaces, accessibility, and sustainability for generations to come.

Sri Lanka World Trade Centre
Colombo, Sri Lanka
Renowned as an iconic feature of Colombo's skyline, the World Trade Center Towers stand as a testament to the resilience and advanced engineering of Cellate.

The two 39-story towers (each 152m in height), which opened on October 12, 1997, were constructed using Cellate's high-strength, precast concrete panels for the outer walls, columns, and beam structures.
Just three days after its opening, a militant group detonated a truck filled with explosives against the building's side. Despite sustaining damage, the structure remained intact thanks to Cellate’s high-strength, blast-resistant precast panels, saving thousands of lives. Cellate’s prefabrication technology further expedited the restoration process, allowing repairs to be completed within just six months.
Gold Coast Marina
Queensland, Australia
Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard (GCCM) stands as Australia’s premier and most awarded marine facility, offering versatile floating dock marina berths to accommodate vessels of all sizes.
Cellate's innovative, water-resistant, and buoyant construction materials were instrumental in the development of the marina’s floating infrastructure.
The use of Cellate's high-durability precast concrete, provided a stable, corrosion-resistant ffoundation, ensuring reliable, long-lasting berths that can withstand saltwater exposure.
Cellate’s floating dock solutions enabled GCCM to create a fflexible and resilient mooring system that meets the diverse needs of both small boats and large yachts alike.
