By combining advanced technologies with innovative practices, we aim to create resilient, efficient, and sustainable developments that transform industries and communities alike.

The Centre of Excellence combines the best skills to research and develop new and old construction technologies, ensuring that Cellate remains at the forefront of the industry.

The Centre trains, fosters and provides a platform for new Cadets, Graduates, Apprentices and skilled labourers to refine their training and education and develop their skills further to grow the experience and expertise of the company both in Australia and Internationally.

The purpose of the Cellate Innovation Hub is to ensure that the youth become long-term employees and the backbone of the business.

The Innovation Hub will be offered by Cellate in partnership with The University of Newcastle (UON) Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment. UON is the only university in Australia to achieve a rating of '5' in Civil Engineering across all three Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) assessments – 2010, 2012 and 2015.

Together with The University of Newcastle, Cellate can foster innovation and advanced technology in the construction and development of projects around the world.

As rising sea levels and severe flooding threaten coastal and low-lying regions, Cellate’s Fibre Steel Concrete leads the way with floating homes and communities.

Automated Construction Systems

Inspired by pioneering systems like Japan’s "Big Canopy" and "ABCS," we’re developing automated technologies to streamline prefabricated module assembly. These systems enable continuous operations regardless of weather, reduce dependency on skilled labour, and enhance workplace safety while expediting project timelines.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Cellate integrates Building Information Modelling (BIM) into every phase of construction, revolutionizing how projects are designed, planned, and delivered. This technology allows for precise procurement, streamlined workflows, and reduced risks, including waste and rework.
